Fully Furnished 2 Bedroom Apartment – Centrally Located

This sweet 2 bedroom private apartment at “The Heartland House” is perfect for up to 3 guests. It is centrally located in Lincoln, NE with free private off-street parking. The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! “Heartland House South” is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. – Pretty much anything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

In the Space:

This first floor space is one out of 5 apartments in the Heartland House. The over 9 foot tall ceilings and natural light make this home feel incredibly spacious.

The living room has a sectional, smart TV, (Keep in mind, we do not have cable. We do have a smart TV which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts) and dining area.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. The first has a queen sized bed and dresser. The second much smaller bedroom has a twin sized bed and a desk workspace. Both bedrooms have light blocking curtains and shades making it easy to sleep in or sleep during the day if you have the night shift. There is a very large walk in closet in the hallway heading to the bathroom.

The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc. It is furnished many of the necessary kitchen items you will need during your stay.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet. We have bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats stocked as well as a few paper goods to get you started on your stay.

The shared laundry room is used by all of the apartments at the Heartland House. It has 2 stacked LG washers and dryers.

The large front porch is a lovely place to sit and relax on the porch swing.

No need to worry about those bills as all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, garbage) are paid for by us as well as all lawn care/snow removal.

We are only 5-10 minutes from downtown Haymarket, Gateway Mall, many various restaurants, etc.  Basically you can get nearly anywhere in Lincoln in 15 minutes or less! Such a nice central location!!
