We are Samuel and Nicole Lyon. We enjoy hospitality and welcoming people into our homes! We are an easy-going family who lives in land-locked Nebraska but ironically really love the beach. At least we have a hammock in our backyard!
Together we enjoy purchasing distressed homes and making them beautiful. Fixer Upper is our jam and if we could have dinner with anyone famous, it would hands down be Chip and Joanna Gaines!
How it All Began:
It all began as simply opening our home to short-term guests with a small furnished suite in our home’s basement – That small beginning turned into a full-fledged exciting venture of furnished rentals!
We know that we absolutely love hospitality and making people feel comfortable.
We also love design and having surroundings that make our heart happy.
We’ve found that in providing furnished rentals we are able to bring together all the things we love to do!

Susie is Nicole’s mom.
She’s pure sunshine, grit, and sheer determination.
She owns all of the properties for Omaha Furnished Rentals. Samuel and Nicole are the co-hosts of the properties and use their years of experience making her furnished rentals a delightful guest experience.
