2 Bedroom – 2.5 Bathroom Home in Capitol Beach Neighborhood – Keyless Entry

Welcome!! We want you to have the most wonderful stay possible. Our goal is to provide simple self check in. You have your own keyless entry so you can come and go as you please no matter how late you arrive. There is a keypad on the door. Once inside, we want you to make yourself at home!

The home has been professionally furnished and made ready for your stay. Interior design throughout was provided by Lincoln-based Katchi Beck of Bay Willow Living, LLC

On the main floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room.

In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and furnished kitchen with most things you’ll need during your stay.

There is a smart TV in the living room that you can sign into your favorite streaming options with plenty of cozy seating on the sectional.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV, walk in closet, and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed, smart TV, and closet.

If you’d like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the backyard. We appreciate it if you could keep outdoor late night noise to a minimum for the neighbors. You’ll also have use of the 2-stall garage.

This is a strictly NO smoking/vaping property.

We are pet-friendly! We are pet owners ourselves so we love providing a place for people to bring their furry friends. We just ask that you kennel them while you are away from the house and keep them off the furniture, especially the beds. Also, just add your pets to the reservation as this small fee helps with the extra cleaning required for pets and allows us to be able to continue having a pet friendly home.
