1 Bedroom Basement Suite Centrally Located in a Quiet Neighborhood – Keyless Entry

 

 

 

This private basement suite is especially enjoyed by medical professionals due to being centrally located between all three Lincoln hospitals. The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! No keys and you get to pick your desired passcode!

You’ll have your own bedroom with queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen and living area – Basically the entire basement suite is yours! You are welcome to do anything from relax in the large backyard to watching TV in the living area. (Keep in mind, we do not have cable. We do have a smart TV which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts)
You will also have access to the shared laundry room for all 3 units.
No need to worry about those bills as all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, garbage) are paid for by us as well as all lawn care/snow removal!

The basement suite is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, full-sized fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, etc. We also provide a booklet with information about your stay as well as our favorite places to eat or visit during your stay in Lincoln. If you want other suggestions on where to eat and visit while you are here in Nebraska, feel free to ask!!

Like you, we treat our dogs like family.  We want to make it as easy as possible to travel with your four-legged friends! We do allow approved pets for an additional fee per pet per month. (Rather than one very large pet deposit at one time)

We are only 5-10 minutes from downtown Haymarket, Gateway Mall, many various restaurants, etc.  Basically you can get nearly anywhere in Lincoln in 15 minutes or less! Such a nice central location!!
