The space

The basement apartment is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc.

Note: rear bedroom door is very narrow, negotiated best with a slight half side-step while walking through.

Guest access

The home is all yours! You’ll also have access to the shared laundry room and outdoor areas. Laundry access is through the back door of the main house.

In order to keep this service going, we’d be so thankful for some help from you. We just ask that you add them as a pet on your reservation. We also ask that they stay off the furniture during your time here and that you pick up any waste in the yard left by your pet.
