The Perkins House

Welcome to the Perkins House! We want you to have the most wonderful stay possible! Our goal is to provide simple self check in. You have your own keyless entry so you can come and go as you please no matter how late you arrive. There is a keypad on the door. Once inside, we want you to make yourself at home!

You will find 3 bedrooms in the home. The 2 largest have a king-sized bed in each. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has a twin sized daybed in it. The daybed can roll out making it a queen sized bed. Be sure to let us know if you would like the daybed made ready for you to sleep in either as a twin or as a queen.

In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee bar.

There is one smart TV in the living room that you can sign into your favorite streaming options. (no TV or cable)

If you’d like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the fenced backyard. We’d really appreciate it if you were considerate of the neighbors. Keep an eye on pets and kids. Feel free to use the pet bags below the kitchen sink to pick up waste. We’d also appreciate it if you could keep outdoor late night noise to a minimum.

There is free street parking in front of the house. The driveway is not available for guest use as it is for the neighbors’ use.

This home is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood near several parks.
You are welcome to enjoy Rudge Memorial Park, Stransky Park, and Irvingdale Park as well as being near the Country Club. It really is a lovely neighborhood! There are many shops and restaurants nearby making this a wonderful location.
