Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment – Centrally Located

This private 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom  apartment is especially enjoyed by medical professionals and other travelers. It has a bedroom, living area, bathroom, and kitchen. The only shared spaces are the entryway & hallway, the laundry on site, and a front porch you can relax on. There is off street parking in the back of the house as well as free street parking in front of the house.

In the Space:

The Heartland House North is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc.  The living area has a 40″ TV – Keep in mind, we do not have cable or TV. We do have a smart TV which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and blackout curtains allowing you to sleep at any hours needed. The home has 5 apartments, but we provide a sound machine and fan by the bed to provide the quietest environment we can.

No need to worry about those bills as all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, garbage) are paid for by us as well as all lawn care/snow removal!

This apartment is pet friendly! We are pet owners ourselves so we love providing a place for people to bring their furry friends! We want to make it as easy as possible to travel with your four-legged friends! We do allow pets for an additional fee per pet each month. (Rather than one very large pet deposit at one time)

We are only 5-10 minutes from downtown Haymarket, Gateway Mall, many various restaurants, etc.  Basically you can get nearly anywhere in Lincoln in 15 minutes or less! Such a nice central location!!
